Hi any one had issues with poor quality of the ionic I’m on my 3rd one now due to water damage first one did well and lasted a year the second about 2 weeks and now this one 2 month! They totally shut down and steam up, told by support to put in rice? It’s bloody water proof? This one actually sounds like the screen is loose when you tap it

I have had the same issue with two watches in 2 weeks. This last one I used in my pool training session this morning and it just went dead during warm up.

Same fix as the last 3 failed ionics just sent a replacement and not even a complete one just the head lol! Unfortunately I think it’s time to part with Fitbit and try another brand
