A warm welcome to the Community @Ricagoma. I'll be happy to clarify your question.

I appreciate the research done before posting. I've checked the supported devices and I couldn't find the Huawei P30. Our team is always testing new devices and adding them to the list but I can't confirm that your phone will always sync with your watch.

I'll be around if you have any additional questions.

Am sorry now but that means the P30 wont conect to my Ionic. !? I just want to know if anyone have this issue before. !? It is impossible that I be the only people around with this problem specially with the p30 being so popular. !? If it works I buy it and I be happy with both items if not I need to know before i make a desicion. !? Please let me know thanks. !?

Thanks for getting back @Ricagoma. Since, Huawei P30 isn't listed as a supported device. I can't confirm that your Ionic will sync smoothly.

There are users who have been able to sync their Fitbit watches with mobile devices that aren't compatible but at some point they stop syncing because they aren't in the list of devices that have been tested by Fitbit.
