Just wanted to ask about the fitbit lonic recall, I bought a Fitbit lonic for my nephew as a gift for Christmas in 2019, is he still eligible for the refund? I know he didnt pay for it but he is still the end user of a faulty product.
Fitbit support are asking him for proof of purchase you see to support his case which I didn't think was needed as it's linked to his Fitbit account already.
