Hi @tduch25 - Unfortunately, no. There is no microphone on either device. You can accept or decline calls. I find myself declining a lot of calls!

And by "accept calls" you can accept it for connection to your phone - so you'd likely want/need a bluetooth headset to actually talk/listen to the call. It is simply an extension of the accept/decline buttons of your phone.

As long as the phone isn't an iOS device.

I believe you can do this as well on iOS devices:
From the manual:
If paired to an iPhone, Ionic lets you accept or reject incoming phone calls. To accept
a call, tap the green phone icon on your watch’s screen. Note that you can’t speak
into the watch — accepting a phone call answers the call on your nearby phone. To
reject a call, tap the red phone icon to send the caller to voicemail.

Hello @tduch25, have a warm welcome to the Fitbit Community, I hope you're doing well. It's nice to see you too @sfringer, @Ozzie65 and @Rich_Laue, thanks for all your help.
@tduch25, I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for posting this question. Please note that as mentioned earlier, it's not possible to make calls through the Fitbit Versa or Ionic as they do not have a speaker or a microphone. You can only receive a call Notification and choose if you want to receive it or reject it. Note that if you receive it, the call will be heard through your phone.
I hope this resolves your inquiry, if there's anything else we can do for you, please feel free to reply.
