hello all,
is there any way to set the alarm to go off in a pattern ? i am using the couch to 5k program to run. it is a run/walk program. for example, it is a 5 minute walk, then run for 30 seconds, then walk for a minute, etc. i would like to have the watch beep of vibrate so that I am not staring at it, especially for the short intervals. week one would be like this:
5 minutes-alarm
run 30 sec-alarm
walk 1 min-alarm
repeat the run walk sequence for 20 minutes -alarm
5 minutes-alarm
its kind of hard to explain what i am wanting to do so i apologize 🙂

A warm welcome to the Community @tanyaclop! I totally get what you would like to set in your alarms.
Currently, it's not possible to set it up in a pattern. I was checking our Feature Suggestion board and I found this idea Custom Vibration Patterns but the status it's not currently planned, you may want to visit it to have more information about it. However, You have the option to track intervals during your workout, if you would like to learn more about it check this article How do I track intervals during my workout?.
