Are you required to have Fitbit premium for the SP02 clock face to work?  I can get the SP02 clock face without premium, but get no data.

@Golfer43 Welcome to the Community.

You don't need to have a premium membership for the SPO2 clockface but you won't have historical data saved to your account. You can read more about this here.
