Hi, my Jabra elite Bluetooth headphones worked fine for over 6 months now they just won’t pair. My husbands have done the same. Any help appreciated

I have purchased the same headphones for my Ionic and I cannot connect. It seems that it should be easy. I have tried a lot of times. Am I missing something? They work great with my phone.

Thanks

I have Bose sound sport and they seem to work well. One thing I have found
is that I have to wear my watch on my right hand rather than left in order
for it to work well. My thought is that Fitbit has such weak Bluetooth
and/or headphones that the main Bluetooth receiver in the headphone needs
to be close to the watch. I have had completely wireless headphones too.
Again the main headphone needs to be close to the watch. Hope this helps!

Hello. Many thanks to you. I tried your suggestion and I put my watch on my right wrist and they connected straight away, so again many thanks to you. 😀

I have my Ionic paired with Jaybird X3s and have had no issue at all.  These paired right out of the box and are my go to buds when heading to the gym or just out and about.  I use the over ear behind head combination and have never had connection issues.  The app for these buds also provides great customization.  The X3 is last year's model, so the X4 is the current.  I picked up these during the holidays last year but the X4s are on sale at Best Buy now.  Good luck!

It is with some, but it's hard to figure out which ones. I have samsung galaxy buds and they only connect to the device, it won't play music at all. Disappointing because it cost 300 dollars but isnt compatible with popular brands of devices.

I am currently using two Bluetooth headphones, one for workouts and one
for pure listening. For workouts, the Jaybird X4 are the next generation
X3 and are fantastic with Ionic and working out. For pure listening
pleasure, the Sony WF-1000xm3 are absolutely wonderful. Both pair very
easily and appear in your watch settings.
Best wishes!

Hello.

I use Anker Bluetooth speakers which work great with my Ionic and they are less than £25 on Amazon. Have used expensive ones which were not so good. The battery life is amazing as well.

I'm having the same issue with my Galaxy Buds. They will connect but not play.

Does anyone have an updated list (2020) of wireless headphones that are confirmed to work?

Thanks!
