I was following a thread on this subject. According to the moderator Fitbit added this feature to Fitbit pay.  I installed Fitbit pay and I still do not get a warning or notification when the bluetooth connection is lost.

The lost Bluetooth warning feature isn't available in Fitbit devices. You can check the idea that was posted in our Feature Suggestion board here: Bluetooth connection notification, you can learn more about the status of the ideas by checking the FAQs.
