Is there a fix for Ionic and headphones issue?

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

While listening to music from my ionic on my Bose $300 wireless headphones, the music constantly drops. I switched my watch on other wrist, whichbisbso annoying and that helps a little.  It still skips a little.  I read all the posts about this issue and it seems there is no fix from Fitbit yet. Do u guys think it is something that can be fixed? I don't think apple watches have this problem.  C'mon Fitbit, where's the fix?

Thanks for getting back @DamonLJ. At the moment, Fitbit is aware of it and working on resolution. However, as mentioned before I don't have any updates about it.

Your understanding is appreciated.
