Here are the Banks that support Fitbit Pay if that is what you're looking for. A quick Google search only led me to banks that support Fitbit Pay, I couldn't find any businesses.

It should work with any terminal that supports contactless payments. It doesn't have to support Fitbit Pay directly.

Welcome aboard new buddy @LoqqyFree! Just as @DramaQueenDiva and @jack. mentioned, there isn't a list of places where you can use Fitbit Pay.
As soon as your bank is supported, you can use Fitbit Pay in any store that accepts contactless payments. You can determine that a store accepts Fitbit Pay by looking at the symbol on the payment terminal:
Hope you can start using Fitbit Pay!

In my expieence places that accept Apple pay don't necessarily accept Fitbit pay. I have been successful at Burger King Ace Hardware , Goodwill and Firehouse Subs, Dunkin Donuts and Burger King.
Add Walgreens, KFC, Subway sub shoppe , Family Dollar and Five Spot yogurt shop to the list that accepts Fitbit pay .

All we need to learn or figure out is if FITBIT PAY is NFC, (near-field communication), or MST (magnetic secure transmission. That is the real question you really need to ask....... Which one is it using?
Here is the answer... with another Google search I found out that FITBIT PAY is indeed NFC.
Fitbit Pay allows you to pay at accepted contactless payment terminals by just using your Fitbit smartwatch. The device uses near field communication (NFC) to let you pay at supported terminals.
Another GOOGLE search shows that if the Terminal you are checking out at accepts VISA then FITBIT PAY will work. Now a Master Card Terminal will also work about 90% of the time but it is not a guarantee. SO this subject is now pretty much covered. Y'all have a great day!

Today I went inside the Wells Fargo in Snellville Ga. I attempted to use my watch to deposit a pay check, but when I put in my pin for my account , I had to use my plastic debit card to complete the transaction.

Okay, I am at Stone Crest Mall in Lithonia GA . I tried to get a soda out of a vending machine that has NFC readers and my watch had a check mark but the machine told me to use a credit card . That tells me that Fitbit pay is slightly diffrent than Apple or Samsung pay .

Why have I not been successful at certain places that accepts non contact payment? Like Taco Bell accepts the phone ,but not my Fitbit Versa SE.

Didn’t work at Wawa :,(

Thanks for the info, but I believe it is determined by the business vs the terminal as you suggest. This is because I tried to use my watch at Wawa just now and I was using a Visa card and it said “card is not supported”. Granted I used my iPhone with the same card and was successful so my guess it whatever the store has set up

I believe you are correct that where Fitbit pay is accepted depends on the business and not the terminal because I successfully used it at a Denny's but was not able to use it at a 7 Eleven.

I tried using my Fitbit charge 4 at places that take Google pay and apple pay and it was hit or miss. Even at places where I can use my phone using Google pay.
