Is there a watch face that indicates when there are notifications?

Notifications are working well for me, that's not the problem.  Is there a watch face that shows that I have a notification waiting for me?  If I don't think to swipe down, I don't see the notifications that are available.  Other watches have faces that give you some sort of visual cue that you have a notification waiting, like a dot or something.  Thanks!
