I'm currently on holiday and I only have my Chrome book and Phone. I brought some Bluetooth headphones but don't have a windows computer with the fitbit desktop app. Can I tranfer music with the fitbit website.

No, I'm afraid it needs the fitbit connect desktop software. See: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/2251/
