It looks like the App Gallery is coming soon!

Just saw an email to developers which seems to allude to the app gallery opening sometime later this month. Fitbit has a number of contests for developers to encourage apps in three categories including: 

Sports + Fitness

Health + Wellness

Transportation + Local

Looking forward to the new apps and clock faces. The couple I’ve seen are really creative!

Yeah Im really trying to stay optimistic with the Ionic (First wearable) it being the first of its kind from fitbit but the lack of out box support and the "Nebulous at best" responses from Fitbit really discourage me from hanging on to this $300 dollar fitness tracker. I have roughly 3 weeks before i am past my return period. If I don't see any news in the next 14 days I will be returning it for sure.

Yea it was open for about 15-20 minutes and then they took it down. I was able to get several apps while it was open. There wasn't a huge amount of stuff in it yet so hopefully there is more being added. Apparently, it's really close!!!!
