Ok, I am getting frustrated. I keep having to setup a device. Both on my Android Phone and PC forget I have a device. I have done uninstalls both on Android and PC, Factory Resets on Ionic.
I had an older Ionic, but I broke the face and got a new one....but this one is doesn't seem to remember...Also, when the Device disappears from the Apps, the time on the Fitbit Ionic sets itself to Australia Time zone...

@Rick-K Welcome to the Fitbit Community. Thanks for the details mentioned.
I appreciate the troubleshooting performed prior to posting. I see where your frustration is coming from.
Since you're logged in two different platforms, I'd like you to make sure that you're logged into the same account in both. If you're logged in different accounts in both, this could be the reason why the Ionic keeps disappearing from one account. Sometimes, users have two similar email addresses and this is why they switch accounts.
To double check the account you're logged in you PC, do the following:
- Go to your online Dashboard
- Tap on the gear icon in the right corner
- Select settings > Email Address
Hope this helps.

After looking into the issue per SliviaFitbit, I looked up the Activation Date; it was before I bought it un-used on Ebay...but apparently somebody must have activated it...Think that is the major problem. My older Fitbit doesn't have this issue. I need a new one because I broke the face working on my Truck...but I do like the Ionic...am returning that one...too much frustration...

@Rick-K Thank you for getting back.
Sorry to hear that it was activated prior to your activation date. It's odd what you experienced, hope you could get another Fitbit Ionic or any other Fitbit tracker or smartwatch.
Have a good rest of the week.
