Use this new iconic Fitbit and it keeps crashing on runs has anyone got a refund on the Fitbit as this is no good to me what's so ever?

If you didn't buy your ionic direct from fitbit then your best bet for a refund is to ask the retailer. Although you will still be covered by fitbit's warranty, the terms for that only provide for a replacement, not a refund.

Thanks for the information seems to be a software issue anyway so if I did get a replacement would it not do the same on the new one

I have been on the forums and it seems to effect alot of iconic fitbits prop not all but alot so it's not a one off

You could speak to customer support. If they can't help with the problem then you could discuss whether a replacement is available / useful.
