Hi all,
I have my ionic for a couple of months now. It works fine for me. happy i bought one.
Started to run a 9 months ago and this watch is really helpfull.
I'm a late starter in running and not familiar with the use of " pace" as an indicator of speed. In my gym the " machine" , sorry i don't know the english word for "loopband", is using km/hour.
Is it possible to change the speedsetting to km/h instead of pace? I was not able to find anything in the product-help.
Thanks

Hello @Hilbert. Welcome to the forums. Pace is min/km (or min/mile). I believe it is more common for runners to use pace than speed -- a runner needs a 4:00/km pace to finish a 5K in 20:00 min. People who walk for exercise seem to prefer speed.
Fitbit gives information in pace, not speed. There are a number of Feature Suggestions asking for speed instead of pace or the ability to choose from between the two. You should browse the Feature Suggestion Forum. You might find a suggestion or two that deserves your vote and comment.
From my searching, a loopband is a treadmill.
