So basically LCD on my Ionic lift of without any reason. I was walking my daily routine when I noticed LCD hanging from watch. I contacted Fitbit what they can do, they asked for my details, I send details and today I received this mail:
"Hi Kruno,
Based on the information you provided us, after checking in your warranty options, they show that this device was previously replaced, so we can’t replace it again. At this moment, we don't have any repair centers to fix or sell parts of our devices.
We appreciate your understanding.
Sincerely,
John R and the Fitbit Team"
I NEVER replaced my Ionic! Bought it 04/07/19. at PC Currys in Dublin, Ireland.
Any suggestion? Does anyone had this problem before?
Also, how is that even possible that they don't have spare parts or service center???
Few pictures of my Fitbit with LCD and proof of purchase
Cheers

I'm sorry but there has never been a repair service. They always replaced if it was under warranty

Hi @Nokru, welcome to the community.
I would recommend contacting Currys/PC World to see if they can exchange it. As you bought it from them you have a contact with them, and therefore protected by consumer law. As you are within the EU, these laws are very strict. I'm certain you will be successful in getting an exchange.
