LED's not working and no resting heart rate

LED's are dead not sure when they quit working but shortly after purchasing my Ionic my resting heart rate quit tracking. I use to switch between my HR Charge2 and the Ionic then evenutally only wear the Ionic.  Fot the last 5 months my RHR has been stuck at 57 and it doesnt eve chart the RHR anymore. The odd thing is even though the LED's aren't working it still accurately tracks HR even during exercises. I've tried soft restarts, hard restart, factory restart, forget device reconnect device, if its possible i've tried and still no luck,  Any one else having these issues!?

Look under the settings on the tracker. Is heart rate enabled?

Tried that several times as well. Fitbit is fairly new, did another chat with support they’re going to warranty it for me. Hopefully I have better luck with the new one.
