Laptop Showing No Devices Paired and Not Able to Capture GPS Maps

So I have been trying to get the gps feature to show a map on my iphone. I was told to delete the app on my phone and reinstall it and it would be there. Well that did not work. When log in on my laptop now to look at the gps feature it says now no device paired and is not updating. my dashboard. I deleted the app on my phone. Tried to reinstall it and it still does not work right and still shows no device paired on my laptop, now what

@johnjill I hope you're doing well! Thanks for reporting the situation you are experiencing with Fitbit Ionic not showing maps or tracking with GPS. Thanks for trying those steps in order to sort this out.

 

I'd recommend trying these GPS troubleshooting steps to sort that out. 

 

Also, how are you tracking your exercises? Are you using the Exercise app on Ionic and connecting it to GPS? Does it actually connects?

 

You can also use the Fitbit app to capture GPS data.

 

Also, check if you are using the same email address on your computer and your phone to log in. Does your phone shows your Ionic as paired? You can always try these set up steps to pair Ionic if it happens to be unpaired for some reason.
