Have Ionic for last 12 months which is my 4th Fitbit product.  Kept upgrading as expected quality to improve with each new product release and to have less issues.  Paid nearly $300 for the Ionic which now won't display clock or data and gives message to load another clock face which I have tried multiple times.  Deleted app and reloaded and synched and synched to no avail.  I'm a slow learner and this $300 piece of crap will be my last Fitbit product.  Period

Exactly the same product exactly the same problem. Hardly coincidence  Faulty product.. A proper company would replace under warranty or give the money back. Then you could write something positive about a company that is trying with the consumer to produce a quality product at a high end price.....

Couldn't agree more. Price is not an issue with me at all but quality is
and this company's track record of lack of quality is despicable. My wife
has an I-watch and has never had an issue after also going through 2 early
Fitbit products. I am getting tired of high price tech products designed
to fail after a relative short period so you're forced to by the next great
new rendition. Same philosophy the golf club and razor blade manufacturers
adhere to. I'm opting out.

Couldn't agree more.  Fitbit seems to have same philosophy as the golf club industry.  Design products that will need to be replaced by the next great rendition within a year.  I'm opting out of this scenario and encouraging other consumers of Fitbit products to do the same.  Price is not a concern but sir; quality sure as the hell is and these guys are failures.  CWOrange

Fitbit has never intentionally designed a product to self destruct out have a set life span.

This past summer Fitbit stopped supporting the Ultra which was discontinued in 2011 and people where upset that their Ultra's are not going to work anymore. Of course back in 2011 people where saying the same thing about the Ultra that is now being said about the ionic in this thread.

My suggestion is to contact Fitbit about your ionic problems, Support has the tools and ability to help.
