Latest Android update does not allow to sync Ionic

After the latest Fitbit App update for Android devices I am unable to sync my Fitbit Ionic smartwatch.

The only possibility is to use the Windows 10 Fitbit app on my laptop.

I really appreciate the time you've taken to report this syncing issues. Please confirm that your Fitbit app is up to date and what model of phone you're using. Did you try the steps suggested here: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
