Leather bands from Fitbit store wasn't replaced

I bought a Leather band to my Ionic from the official Fitbit online store in February this year.
Now it has started to discolor, and it have made stains on my sheets. So I cant wear it anymore in my bed when I sleep, because it will ruin my bed clothes.

I contacted Fitbit support via chat today, and they told me that my product doesn't  meet the requirements for the warranty policy. Then she told me that if I buy a new band from their online store, or from an authorized retailer, I would get a new warranty cycle... It was the benefit to buy it from them.

Come on... That was what I did. But still no warranty.

I think this is terribly bad, and I want to warn everyone else to buy anything from fitbit.

It's great to see you around @Joroze. Thanks for sharing your experience with our Customer Support team.

Sorry to hear that your wristband wasn't replace even though you bought it directly from Fitbit. In this case, I've shared your case once again and they will reply back to ask for further details.

I'll be around if you need further assistance.
