The financial institution list that can be connected to fitbit wallet application is extremely limited all over the globe For example there is only one in Canada as well as only one in several countries, 10 in the whole of the United States. This misrepresentation on behalf of fitbit by putting out an application that really isn't functional for all but a very few is dishonest. So.my suggestion is for fitbit to make it up to those you have mislead by refunding those who have bought this product believing they were buying a fully functional product.

@debrick, if you purchased your Ionic directly from Fitbit, you have 45 days to return it for a refund. If you bought it from an authorized retailer, you need to check with them about their return policy. I personally don't feel mislead, since Fitbit has published, and continues to update the list of available financial institutions so that everyone knows what is supported.
