Can someone offer some assistance or advice as to why my screen has started having lines and glitching? I am currently rebooting it with the factory reset.

Seems odd that the display of your device is glitching, this is certainly not a common situation nor the way we designed it, thank you for troubleshooting your Fitbit prior posting by the way. Since you already tried our factory reset procedure, if you haven't already done so, please restart your device and let me know how it goes. Also, please try changing your current clockface.
