What happened to live chat?  I am having issues receiving notifications on my Ionic and I can't seem to get real time help.  And yes, I have checked all the notification settings.

Hi @dksrol, the live chat option seems to be open now if you're in the US.  It has different operating times if you're in other parts of the world, but since I am in the US, I was only able to check to see if they were open in the US.

Go to the bottom of the page, click "Help" and then "Get Support" and you'll see a number of ways to contact Support.

I keep getting the 'error' page when I go to access live chat; almost like my user profile has been blocked from the service 🤔
