Lock feature for ionic workouts

I have an ionic and take a Fighter Body class at my local gym. When I set to workout so I can track I often have issues with my boxing gloves hitting and pausing my workouts. Is their a lock or way to hold it so getting bumped doesn’t pause the workout?

There isn't currently any way to lock the screen. You could post a feature request on the feature suggestions board.

There is a suggestion for this, just search on Feature Suggestions.
