So I got locked out my Ionic after not using it for a couple days, I go to put it back on and I see that I have to unlock it using my phone. I go to the Fitbit app, see device lock, and tap it. The page wouldn't load so I thought I could disconnect the device and reconnect, and try again. Now I can't reconnect it with phone or computer and I'm locked out of it. Is there another way I could reconnect or factory reset it?

When a wrong password is put in iIbelieve there is a timeout period, after which the password can be tried again .My first thought would be to try and remberrethe password.
Second thought would be to contact Fitbit.
