The link you shared says: "You can also press the button on your device to dismiss an alarm." But it doesn't say which button.

I think any button could be used. I use the alarm every single morning and I never realized what button I'm pressing

@SunsetRunner swipe over to alarms. 

Tap alarm icon

This will beg up a list of any alarms that are set

It also might have a new alarm. 

Tap on the alarm you want to alter change state or remove .

Tap the time to change 

Tap on or off to turn on or off 

Tap the day of the week you want the alarm to sound

Or scroll up and tap remove.

I get this message in the middle of the night and no alarms are set. I triple checked. Very creepy message to appear during REM. Any help here is much appreciated. TIA!

This happens to me every day at 5am. I dont use my fitbit sense anymore due to this annoying 'alarm'. Of course I didnt set any alarm at that time and support center never helped me 😞 so sad after 6 years or more using fitbits.
