Good evening
I purchased my Fitbit Ionic 11th June 2020 direct from Fitbit.
I have noticed a number of times it keeps losing battery life, most recent was today (26.11.20) It was fully charged yesterday and then today it was dead and had to be recharged. Surely this is not right.
Please advise how to resolve this problem.

Good evening.
If you purchased your watch only a few months ago, it should still be under warranty. If you've already tried resetting it (holding back and bottom buttons 10 seconds) then your battery may be dying. Other things impacting the battery are the frequency of syncing but it should seriously last longer than a day. My Ionic is aged and still gets a week between charges.
You can begin a support request and they may replace your device.
Let us know how support handles this situation.
Happy Thanksgiving.

A pebble is the watch face only, without the straps or anything else

@SunsetRunner It's the tracker itself. Instead of sending you completely retail boxes with a dongle, charging cable, bands, and other accessories that aren't damaged, they're sending only the tracker. You'll remove your bands from your existing Ionic and transfer them to the new one, charge it and add to your account (automatically removing the old one), and should be good to go!
It's strange Fitbit calls their replacement trackers a Pebble. Fitbit bought a majority of Pebble (brand) in 2018. It's likely this acquisition that resulted in all the fun watch faces that began showing up shortly after their purchase 😉
