My ionic needs to be charged every other day and after charging it looses connection. Sometimes I have to remove app and re-install, or go back to settings on my watch and turn wifi on, or fitbit app settings on my phone and connect fibit again. Every other day is absolutely irritating and I'm over my fitbit. Any ideas? Yes my watch is up-to-date and the latest version.

Thank you Rich. I have galaxy 10+ phone, my phone and watch are up-to-date, fitbit app is removed and installed at least 1/2× a week because i can't get my watch to sync, and I've done most of the steps and it still seems ea time I charge the battery, l have a hard time syncing.
