Losing time, now won't sync

My Ionic hasn't been able to connect to the music on my iPhone for a few months. It was annoying, but I let it slide. In the last few days, however, my Ionic has been losing time. It was almost an hour off today. It started by only a few minutes, and got slower and slower.
I restarted my Fitbit.
I took my Fitbit off of my account.
I did a factory reset.
I tried connect to my computer AND my iPhone, using WiFi, bluetooth, and the cord.
Now, my computer and my phone say that it's connected, but it won't download the update. I keep getting stuck on the WiFi network selection screen.
Please don't tell me to turn it off and on again. I've done that. I've done a factory reset, too. I've turned my bluetooth off and on. I've taken the Ionic off of my account AND the bluetooth list. I'm about to give up.

That sounds very annoying. In your shoes I'd be contacting Support (link in my signature)

Yeah, they just told me to look at the articles on this site. So, no. Support didn't do anything for me.

It has been 2 days and I still can't use my Ionic. Support has just told me to read the articles that I have already read. This is pointless. I use to sing the praises of Fitbit. After this, I'm going somewhere else.
