I am having the same problem after trying all of the troubleshooting. Brooke, how do I get the attention of the moderator to get a resolution to this problem?

I have had problems with it being very difficult to charge and today during my run my heart rate stopped tracking along with my steps and gps mileage. After reading this thread looking for a solution and doing all the suggested troubleshooting , with no results, I discovered that Fitbit has known of this defect for too long of a time to keep selling the product in this condition. I too need a quick solution to this problem so I can resume my regular training.
