 Hi there. I've noticed on my ionic that I'm looking activity details I've done. Plus my sleep isn't registering. ??

 

Anyone any ideas please.?

@Ireland18, can you provide a few more details on what you mean that the Ionic is losing activity details?  Is this recorded exercises, or just steps counted, etc.?  Is this activity being lost before or after the Ionic is synced to the app?  Any additional info you can provide will be helpful.

Hi thanks. It lost a full gym workout from yesterday. I've synced with my phone app several times today but it's not showing. Plus last night's sleep activity isn't showing. Hope this is clearer thanks.
