Hi all,
I purchased a watch face through the app & all was great then I had an issue with my ionic & had to send it back to Fitbit who then sent me out a replacement when I linked the ionic to my account the face that I purchased is now gone & I can't find it. Does anyone know whether I can get it back?

If you look in the app and on the account/watch faces it should still be there

Hi I have it is not, When I sent my old ionic back I re-paired my old charge 3 & now I have paired my replacement ionic it only showed the standard face, I paid for the face via Paypal & have sent them a message but it didn't say the name of the face on the receipt 😞
