Lots of issues with the app and software...

The software doesnt transfer music, the watch wont pair with the FITBIT HEADPHONES I purchased, my heart readings say I'm either dead or going to be....I see there are alot of similar issues so I'll read the other posts for info.  Just saying....this is really bad.

Is it connected to your wifi? You need wifi to transfer music.

It was...then it appeared to drop off.  When I try to set up WIFI on the desktop App it says: "We were not able to find or connect to your Ionic."  I then try to set it up on wifi on the mobile app, it did connect fro a few minutes then it dropped off again.  My wifi signal is very strong.  I am not sure what the issues are, very frustrating.
