Love the ionic but not the leather band I got for it

I have loved the fitbit products I have had.  However the offical leather band for the ionic is another story. I had got it for Christmas as a gift and now I can't use it anymore it is torn in 2 places.  It was clearly not quality leather as a plain watch I have with leather band is holding up for years now.

Have you contacted customer support about your issue with the band? As far as I know, the band has a 12 month warranty. So if it's deemed defective I'm sure support will be able to discuss your warranty options.

Some people just have better luck than others. Take a look at this one. Inexpensive and worked well for me.
