@kazza6460 Welcome to the Fitbit family! Thanks for sharing your experience on this board. That is a very strange situation. I don't think you are doing anything wrong if you are entering the right information on the log.
When did this happened to you?
By any chance, can you share a picture of the activity log showing that gave you that amount of steps?
Also, whenever this happens to you, are you able to edit the activity log to show correctly?
