Map app can only see white screen on watch

Hello community.

I downloaded map app in Fitbit apps section but cannot see them on watch face just white screen.  The functions are reacting but no map visible. Have uninstalled and installed but on Fitbit app on phone the settings also only load white screen and no options to change. 

Any help plz

@Mattwadey I don’t know the Map app but by what you’re saying, it sounds like it’s not loaded the relevant data to display the map. Make sure your phone is nearby and has data connection to internet, because the Ionic is unable to do that on its own.

Hi all. 

Got it working by uninstalling then both phone and watch on and off . Then re installed. . works fine both singly on watch GPS and phones. Handy app to have. Not super fast but can help you if not sure where you are and phone battery gone.
