Maps not displaying correctly after coffee and cake stop :(

When tracking my cycling and I do a manual pause from the button on the ionic (auto pause will keep tracking every time you get up and walk to order your cake, collect your cake and take cake wrapper to bin!) and then restart again manually, from the point before the manual pause it is not shown on the map. The total distance is displayed and other stats just the map not correct.

I tweeted with Fitbit and they were helpful to start with but after several actions they said it was a known issue and nothing they could do!!!!! Mmmmmmmm it just came across as a 'can't fix it and can't be bothered with it' so give a standard reply!

The pause doesn't stop GPS tracking. The issue has been there since day one. There are two major problems caused by it. One is the incorrect map and the other is unwanted battery drain. "Known issue" in Fitbit world means same as "as designed".

If it is a known issue, then yes customer support will not be able to do anything about it. Support are not the developers or programmers. 

Now if it is a known issue then we can only hope that the dev team is working on the issue and things get corrected with the next firmware update.
