I’m extremely disappointed that after owning my Ionic only a little longer than a year, I can’t  purchase a leather band in the size and color I desire. It appears the products for this, the most expensive tracker you sold last summer, are barely available at this time. I can’t imagine there will be adequate support in the future. When I contacted support to see how to resolve the issue, I was sent to the community. I pray you’re able to assist me!

I couldn’t update to also say that even the sports bands are extremely limited. Clearly you must intend to discontinue this tracker. I hope I’m wrong.

eBay?

I've just had a quick look at eBay Australia. PLENTY of leather strap options there. Have you checked your local eBay market?

 

I wouldn't get too hung up on having/wanting to purchase from the Fitbit online store. Quite possibly better value going to eBay? 

 

Also seems to be options for sports bands as well.

 

BTW, I purchased an eBay replacement strap for a Versa a couple of years ago. As good, and identical to the original for about 1/4 of the cost.
