Missing 3 hours of steps in hourly breakdown

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Hi, I have recently purchased an Ionic. What I have noticed is that I get gaps in my hourly  steps breakdown. The total count on the watch matches the total count on the app. However, if I look at the daily step breakdown graph I have a three hour gap with no activity and the total steps shown on the graph is several thousand steps fewer that it should be. The hourly activity (250 step) target dial also shows the three hour gap, both on the app and the watch. This suggests that there is an issue with the watch when recording steps against their time slot.

From what I can see on the forum other users have similar issues.
