Missing Apps

I have Starbucks and Pandora showing on my iconic. I removed them by using the apps settings and they were correctly removed from the watch display. I wanted to replace them but they are no longer visible in the app. I thought the first app tab correlated to what was actually on the watch and the other apps tag correlated to ALL apps that were available to be loaded onto the watch if required. In my case the ‘my apps’ tag and ‘all apps’ tag appear to contain a mirror image of what’s on the watch without the option to add anything else? I have reloaded the app but no difference found.

@KeironP, I think Starbucks and Pandora are only available in the U.S. on the Ionic.  If that is the case, it won't be available in your apps.

Thanks Larry, I guess that would be the reason but can’t understand why I had them in the first place in that case? I was more inquisitive as I am still finding my way around the device and wanted to make sure that I wasn’t missing anything or that Fitbit Support needed to identify a ‘fix’. Have a good day 👍

@KeironP, I have seen other posts by users that had the apps installed when the tracker arrived, but if they removed them they could not be added back. The problem seems to be that all the trackers have the apps installed by default, even though they can't be used in all locations. The same with the Wallet app.

Today I got a mail from fitbit stating that they have introduced all kinds of new apps such as Travel apps including united, lyft, uber, bunch of general apps, lifestyle apps etc.

 

When I checked, I could see the other new apps but the travel apps are not listed. When I went to update the app again in the play store, it suggests the latest version has already been updated.

 

Is there a phased rollout of these apps?
