The little lock has fallen out of my band. Can you buy this separate or will I have to get the entire band?

You will have to replace the band. If it is under warantee Support will do it for free (link in my signature )

Do you still have the spare band that came with your Ionic? If so you could always take the part out of that and fit it to the band you use.
