Modes to use

What mode do i use when ill be entering a duathlon? Its a 4km run then a 25km cycle then a 4km run again.

Hi @Anfranclin,

 

Two options are:

 

1. Initiate a Run workout on the watch. Then stop and start a Bike workout. Then stop that and start another Run. This will give you three workouts.

 

2. Just initiate a Run and let it go throughout the race. This will give you a single Run workout for the duration.

Work out...eat... sleep...repeat!
