Month old ionic won't charge

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Had to replace my previous ionic which died in May (after a year and a half so no warranty...). The new one stopped charging yesterday and is now dead. I've done all the things recommended on the forum. Cleaned the contacts, left it on the charger for several hours, tried a different ionic charger, held down the right button and bottom left button for thirty seconds. No luck.

Could support please contact me about a replacement?
