My Ionic - from being wonderful - has developed multi problems in the past week.
I have tried many of the fixes suggested and feel that if I have to restart the watch; restart my Bluetooth; turn off all Bluetooth devices ; uninstall device ; refind device again - after about 30 goes I will go mad.
Help?

Hi @Swezy - You've tried all of the troubleshooting that I would have recommended. If none of this has worked, I'd recommend reaching out to Fitbit customer support. They should be able to help you.

Thank you for your advice. I have been in daily contact with fitbit support and things have worsened. from running slow and needing to be continually re paired to app. etc. now nothing works.
I was given instructions for a factory reset which I followed - now my Ionic is showing nothing except the fitbit logo blinking on and off ; on and off; on and off. No buttons work - cannot turn it off even.
I am so busy at the minute too and this waste of time is so frustrating.
Prior to the last update it was a super watch to own.
