I I received a new Ionic in the mail because my old one decided not to work anymore after having it less than a year. I had approximately 10 hours of music on the old device and now am looking for help in getting that music onto my new one. When I had talked to tech support about the old watch failing and asked about the music they told me it would transfer to the new account when setting it up, guess again.

I haven't had a replacement to know for sure, but I don't think there's anything automatic about it.  I expect you just have to load it again the same way you did the first time.

Sorry.
