I use Audials to remove DRM for situations like this. Not sure if it's available for OSX, but I'm sure there are other options out there.

Hello Caroline, great info, every step I get closer to getting songs, they jump further away again.  Found the ITuneskit app and have downloaded, what do you suggest is the best conversion choice, MP3 or AAC Ive noticed AAC is accepted in Fitbit Ionic but wasn't sure.  Great this tool is free for a trial.

Actually its not free, only a few songs can be converted for free.

Wow this is terrible. It wasn't the easiest thing to even try to trick my fitbit to transfer my itunes music to it then to only have songs transfer that aren't DRM (when all of itunes is DRM) is maddening. So I have to take specific songs and download some shotty software to convert the specific songs I want on my fitbit, then upload them to my watch. Really makes me think I should've gotten a different watch because I use a mac for everything. Way to not work with each other Apple & FitBit. Incredibly frustrating!
