Music on a fitbit Ionic

I know this has been asked before but is there an update regarding music and the Ionic, will fitbit be partnering with any of the music streaming services in the UK to offer "offline" functinality so that I can run "iPhone free". Wondering if I should have waited for the Garmin Forerunner 645 which will soon work with Deezer and offer "offline listening". I know you can download music from your PC but I am a Spotify user, I have CDs but my laptop doesn't have a CD/DVD drive.

I’m also sure this has also been said before; no update, as Fitbit doesn’t share such information until time of release.
