Have just received a replacement Iconic watch. When I try to enter exercise in manually on the App (say a walk) Ive followed the required steps and it is isnt updating. I used to be able to do - no problems when had my former Iconic watch.
Ive tried rebooting both the App and the watch. Closed the watch down while charging and restarted. All to no avail !!
